Andy Richley

With over 25 years in technology (I know, who'd have thought with this fresh face), I've distilled my expertise in Warehouse Management, ERP, Integrations, and eCommerce into Cogent2. We partner with retailers and brands to optimize their operational systems through diverse engagements, from one-off reviews to ongoing retainers. My experience spans vendor, platform, and brand sides, giving me a unique perspective in supporting clients. This allows me to empathize with the operators and teams, ensuring our recommended improvements genuinely enhance their processes and systems. Over the years, I've successfully collaborated with numerous brands, making our approach truly effective.

David Wiltshire

As a software, agency, and data entrepreneur with a design and strategy background, I pioneered the first cloud middleware for global ecommerce, ERP, and WMS/3PL integration in 2010. This innovation allowed us to serve high-volume brands like Huel, Gymshark, and Mercedes F1. My first business, Juno Ecommerce, specializing in Shopify development & support, was named Agency of the Year 2023 and was successfully sold in December 2023. My expertise is in helping retailers and businesses navigate a challenging environment. Strategic direction, ecommerce strategy, tech strategy & selection, integration and implementation. My journey has been driven by integrity, creativity, and the understanding that anything is possible.

Nathan King

Nathan is a highly experienced developer with a rich history building software to solve problems for businesses. An expert with systems integration who has worked for years in Ecommerce, ERP, Warehouse and CRM space. He loves automation, optimising business processes and building productivity apps.
