How long does a typical integration take?
Most integration projects run between four and twelve weeks depending on scope, the number of systems involved and the volume of bespoke logic. We share a detailed timeline after the discovery phase so you have full visibility before any build starts.

How is pricing structured?
We price each engagement transparently — fixed fees for discovery and design, fixed or time-and-materials fees for build, and a predictable monthly retainer for ongoing operate and improve. No surprise invoices.
Can you rescue a stalled integration project?
Yes — project rescue is one of our most common engagements. We start with a rapid audit, agree the smallest viable path back to a working state, then either deliver it ourselves or coach the existing team to the finish line.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Always. We work with public companies, regulated industries and brands with strict supplier requirements. We are happy to use your paperwork or supply ours.
